Senior leaders are completely incompetent and have created a terrible environment for sales professionals and sales leaders. Talented employees are running for the hills. DO NOT join this organization for any role unless it is an entry level position that you plan to leave in a year or two.

Former Employee2.1Oct 24, 2024Toxic leadership but typically they had good base salaries. They wouldn't let you do much cold prospecting outside of a super cold and horribly unqualified leads list. Any attempt to be smarter about your targeting and prospecting got you in trouble.
