It was a good experience for the time period but I found that consistently changing the payment structure made reps become unmotivated and cynical.

AT&T just like any company started off great. But through failed business ventures (buying dtv Warner media etc) had to make business changes that effected the company in a neg way. Massive layoffs (surpluses). Started off great good pay. Ended up cutting pay (commission and incentives) plus firing good leaders to bring in outside leaders to make the surpluses...Read More
