Company has poor salary and commission seller. Only thing that continues to increase is quotas. Horrible financial decisions from leadership and internal politics plagues profitability/progress. DEI forces sales managers to not fire minorities even if actions/performance warrants a reduction.

Change is good. The problem with ATT is that they make changes every year as they try to figure out the best way to squeeze productivity and fear into the sales staff. 2% of sales overachieve targets consistently due to networking or inbound leads. 40% are in performance plan of some type. Miss targets 2 months on a row and you're on a PIP. 30 days later, fired....Read More
