Current Employee Change is good. The problem with ATT is that they make changes every year as they try to figure out the best way to squeeze productivity and fear into the sales staff. 2% of sales overachieve targets consistently due to networking or inbound leads.

Oversaturation and lack of positive reinforcement in addition to almost ZERO support for customers is half the reason for complacency.
