Company toys to reinvent the wheel every year when new leadership is hired. Account alignment is a game of musical chairs every 12-18 months. Director is great but can't say the same about majority of leadership.

This company has an absolutely terrible management and leadership structure. Leadership fails to provide adequate guidance, yet penalizes representatives for their performance based on this lack of direction. Had a terrible conclusion after I graduated the B2B program they placed me into a new org called BCS and cut our base to 42k and make us full time door knockers. Also the B2B director is the worst leader I have ever seen in my life.
