I would not work here, it’s not the same as it was 5 years ago where this could be a career. The cut salaries $10k in Feb. increased quotas and lowered the values of things sold so you have to sell more products to hit numbers

Upper management didn’t communicate well. Quota was sometimes extremely unattainable based on market demands and AT&T infrastructure and capability to meet customer demands. Most frustrating thing was customer credits - company took forever to issue credits but NEVER had a problem charging customer bills and late fees. Company leadership is atrocious. Onboarding is somehow even worse. Once you teach yourself, the work is pretty simple.
