Former Employee3.7May 9, 2024My overall experience was ok.. it was nice at the time. Kind of felt repetitive most of the time. But it did have a nice building, a big personal desk, weekly pay and half a day Fridays were the best.

There are no COLA raises. Performance based raises cap at 5%. Benefits are abysmal for a company this size. There is no equity given.
