AT&T is a sinking ship. Horrible and EXTREMELY TOXIC sales culture. Leadership genuinely doesn't care about you. They are looking for ways to fire people vs. doing layoffs and providing a severance. They want everybody to be a transactional seller vs. solution selling. They are reducing the product portfolio so it's harder to sell. Targets are unattainable. Do not work here unless it's your last resort...

Great bass pay, wfh mostly (occasional office day and meet clients in person) leadership awful, constantly changing pay structure and job description. Hard to build a funnel and hit quota with constantly changing structure and rules

Constant change in direction overall base and module is good if you have been in the role. New sellers usually get the leftovers and aren't set up for success. If you can make it past all the hurdles in the beginning you will be fine.
