Most prospecting time is spent cold calling to generate leads. This can suck, but on the flip side everyone knows most of what at&t brings to the table. Quota was sometimes extremely unattainable based on market demands and AT&T infrastructure and capability to meet customer demands. Most frustrating thing was customer credits - company took forever to issue credits but NEVER had a problem charging customer bills and late fees.
