Tragic; leadership was lacking presence & everything was a blur. Few reps hit quota & were offered a chance of success. Management would utilize fear tactics along with threatening reps into crying / breakdowns by mentioning issues that were not work related.

Great pay, good low level management. But company’s executives are never transparent with the sales teams. Support behind sales teams is nowhere near where it needs to be.

Fast paced, competitive and you have to be really creative and basically lie to people.
