Working here was meh... you're not really selling a great product. The competitors have much better offers then AT&T in my opinion and you have to really grind in order to make sales here. It's also a very transactional sale. The cherry on top is that they offer very little opportunity for professional development or improvement of your skills. Your sales manager will just tell you to make more sales without offering more guidance.

My training was excellent but our office culture was high pressure and lacked ethics contrary to the COBC.
