But through failed business ventures (buying dtv Warner media etc) had to make business changes that effected the company in a neg way. Massive layoffs (surpluses). Started off great good pay. Ended up cutting pay (commission and incentives) plus firing good leaders to bring in outside leaders to make the surpluses...Read More

There are constantly changes happening and our quota changes, just went from hybrid model to 5 days a week in office company wide starting 1/1, and there are a lot of movement within organizations. You need to hit your number in role or you will be out on a plan within a few months.
