AT&T just like any company started off great. But through failed business ventures (buying dtv Warner media etc) had to make business changes that effected the company in a neg way. Massive layoffs (surpluses). Started off great good pay. Ended up cutting pay (commission and incentives) plus firing good leaders to bring in outside leaders to make the surpluses process easier.

AT&T is a great company with a lot of opportunity. The pay is mid range, with room to excel. There aren’t any many warm leads in my role. Most prospecting time is spent cold calling to generate leads. This can suck, but on the flip side everyone knows most of what at&t brings to the table.
