The company cut $10 from base salary no matter if yours was 50k or 110k, product values that went toward quota were reduced so you had to sell more. They keep making payroll mistakes over paying then letting you know months later they are taking it back.

AT&T just like any company started off great. But through failed business ventures (buying dtv Warner media etc) had to make business changes that effected the company in a neg way. Massive layoffs (surpluses). Started off great good pay. Ended up cutting pay (commission and incentives) plus firing good leaders to bring in outside leaders to make the surpluses...Read More

Used to be a really great place to work but years of C-level mismanagement have resulted in a lot of cost cutting. This has affected support structure for sales teams and compensation directly, as well as together.
