Current Employee Abacus.ai has been the single most transformative, educational, and overall phenomenal work experience I've ever had. The amount you can learn here is truly unmatched, especially in a space as hot as GenAI.
Internal promotions are not only prioritized, it is a fundamental aspect to the sales culture. I've gone from a non technical background, average tech salesperson to AI aficionado speaking to CIOs about their AI roadmap (and feeling like the smartest person in the room) in a shockingly short amount of time. The product is actually differentiated in the market, on top of a huge value for the price which subconsciously leads to genuine confidence when selling.
It is hard work, there's no getting around that. But as long as you get your work done and meet the expectations, you have the flexibility to do whatever you want. The bottom line is you must produce results, but how you get there is entirely up to you. I wholeheartedly recommend Abacus to anyone who has the creativity and drive to succeed in a competitive industry like AI.
