Abacus is definitely not a place for everyone, but it gives you an extremely unique opportunity to become an AE in less than a year. If you do well, they have no problem promoting you - with that being said performance & consistency are the most important piece to promotion. All SDRs hired have experience and know how to be an SDR -they are a lean organization & still building out enablement and process. If you are a person that needs extensive onboarding & ramp periods this may not be a fit for your personality. But, if you are hungry to be an AE and want to contribute to building a company/sales processes from the ground up I would highly consider Abacus. This is a great place to kickstart your progression to full cycle sales but it is heavily dependent on your performance.

Been here a few months and already have a chance at making a jump to the AE role and love it so far. product is a 10/10 and prospects are always intrigued by our differentiators so I highly recommend

This job was a joke. “Leadership” was just SDRs that had high activity and thrown into a role. No one had a clue what they were doing. CEO was also so unprofessional I couldn’t even begin to repeat the things that were said to me as an employee here. Culture is non existent, if you want to be treated like a literal dog, this is the place for you. No real sales team....Read More
