This job was a joke. The CEO is involved in the sales organization with absolutely zero sales experience or knowledge on how to run a sales org. Hired a CRO and they were fired within the same week. This place runs on toxicity and fear. Leadership picks favorites, bad-mouths people, and keeps layoffs over your head like a leash. You’re not a person here you’re headcount. The culture pitch is smoke and mirrors, and those promotion promises? Empty. If you’re thinking of joining, good luck—you’ll need it.
