Absolute leader in the space for a very business critical category of software - however long deal cycles and implementation is challenging. Compensation structure doesn't align with rep goals, and a small population of reps are hitting quota, but if/when reps are able to invest the right amount of time to build a long term pipeline, things can be consistent and predictable.

Accela is NOT a SaaS company no matter what they say. Their PE firm just wants them to be. Because of that, leadership is a problem and will continue to be a hinderance to making real change.
