Training is non-existent for experienced hires. Getting net new customers on the board is near impossible. Have to prove that $10M in spend is on the docket immediately.

We were paid a lot less than the direct Pinterest employees even though we often had more product knowledge as we were given the more challenging accounts. From what I saw, Pinterest is a great company. Accenture Ireland is not.
