No leads, all self generated business. Comp structure is extremely favorable but management changes it every year depending on what business needs, but it provides an easy way to focus the types of sales you do to maximize your comp.

Acquia provides a lot of various products. My particular product was acquired by Acquia and was dismantled after a year and mass lay offs ensued. Acquia as a whole is a solid place to build your sales career however companies they acquire seem to get the short end of the stick.
