The company does not help employees, it is full of deported russians and they had a massive layoff in 2023 where they tried to not offer any severance pay. People had to pay lawyers to oblige the company to give a minimum severance package.

Once you start to make it, the organization starts to cap your next quarterly earnings to get back the money if they paid you. The culture is awesome.
