Created a lot of incentives over the last two years to earn extra cash by converting customers to annual for example. Changed compensation model now which makes it way harder to hit target. Product is not tailored towards growth with existing customer base.

Was great for a while with a solid sales culture and cool people. Leadership at the top never cared about Sales and eventually the culture failed. Feelings are valued more than revenue company wide. Product has a ton of competition and AC got beaten by Klaviyo and Hubspot. Many people undercutting them on price now which makes it a race to the bottom.
