Very good. I really like working at this company. I only wish that they go to marketing would not oversaturate the sales team. Territories are very unequal so people that have a good territory do well and those that don’t, do not.

Enjoyed working at Addepar, most of the people are great and the product is a great fit in the market. The new business sales leadership is terrible and ruining the culture. Inequitable territories, unrealistic quota, maybe 2 reps of ~20 hit quota and they hit quota because they are lucky they have a good territory. The sales organization desperately needs new...Read More
