Enjoyed working at Addepar, most of the people are great and the product is a great fit in the market. The new business sales leadership is terrible and ruining the culture. Inequitable territories, unrealistic quota, maybe 2 reps of ~20 hit quota and they hit quota because they are lucky they have a good territory. The sales organization desperately needs new leadership, the current leadership team on the new business side is absolutely terrible. You will be put in a position to fail from day one.
