Current Employee3.1Sep 28, 2025Good stop for second BDR/SDR role. BDR is pure outbound and SDR is pure inbound with quota attainment for BDRs around 50% on a good month but typically lower. Very aggressive growth targets and BDR quota was just raised without any change to compensation. Overall good environment but little training and more of a make your own path role.
