Former Employee Earning potential is incredible, however working for/with the partner sales team and strategic partnerships team was insufferable after only a year even whilst making multi six figures. Expect 0 support, direction and internal alignment on business objectives. Onboarding and training were completely absent in my role. Those I worked directly with came off cliquey. Even leadership openly gossiped. Promotions reflected this high school popularity contest vibe, rather than true performance.
Looking for either a good time OR a long time? Steer clear. Looking for a short term role to add to the resume & earn great money while it lasts? Have at it and best of luck!
