Aircall has gone through many leadership changes in the last few months. The company values have not been mentioned in over a year, and all we hear in the Monthly Reviews is "efficiency" and "push". Overall, great place to learn and get started, but a good basketball analogy would be that Aircall is playing in the NBA with a High School coach and a College League team and buget.

Great company to work for with a large amount of leads coming in. It is highly achievable to hit your OTE so despite smaller package, it is realistic!
