Former Employee2.3Jun 25, 2024The first few years working at Aircall were incredible -- we had strong leadership, focus, and were paid fairly. Within the past 2 years, the company has completely fell off. They cannot hold a sales leader and there's absolutely no focus/direction from above.

Former Employee2.0Feb 28, 2025Overall, very negative experience with the product constantly malfunctioning, and a lot of customer complains. Culture is very toxic. Not a lot of room for growth. Feedback is not taken very well, and there is a major disconnect between teams.
