My overall experience at Aircall was good. It's a great starting point to become an AE and gain first closing experiences. Prospection is becoming more and more important, so if you have an outbound mindset, this job is right for you!

Great company to work for with a large amount of leads coming in. It is highly achievable to hit your OTE so despite smaller package, it is realistic! Company is doing well with a lot of product updates but a lot of turnover on sales team. Not easy to hit target but leadership is slowly taking steps to better set us up for success. Compensation could be better.
