Current Employee Its a startup that just got their Series B funding. Some great things come with that and some challenging things. Lack of professional development and training because there's a lack of standardization across the board and management just has so much else to do the team basically trains itself.
Pay is higher than average and incentives are good. The only thing I think is missing is a team incentive if we hit quota.
The people are great and the company has a bright future especially since still so much growth planned for Product. Would highly recommend working at Albi, but you may do some of the learning yourself or from people who are only a few months ahead of you.
