Former Employee3.3Jan 4, 2025Great overall company and culture. When I was there, SMB AEs were expected to do 3 jobs in one with little support: BDR, AE, SE. My direct manager was useless, most of the time antagonising me and using scare tactics. A true culture of fear rather than support. Great product though. My experience might have been different on another team
