My experience with this company was disappointing and unprofessional. If you have prior experience, this may not be the right place for you. The environment is marked by unclear expectations, a lack of incentives, and insufficient training. KPIs are ambiguous, and the product often has glitches. The CEO is overly involved in daily operations and should place more trust in the staff. Management roles demand being available 24/7 and frequently pressuring team members to meet unrealistic quotas.

What’s Good: Some talented coworkers who supported each other despite the environment. Occasional early recognition when results were good. Good product market fit. To be completely transparent. This company is really good at pretending they have it all figured out. First week in you realize all the red flags. Constant meetings with CEO, no HR, people getting called out and embarrassed in front of colleagues in meetings. No actual training provided. Lots of junior employees which reflects sales.
