Its a fast growing startup that creates great opportunties for Candian based applicants since we operate across NA. We currently are the top competitor in our niche by a clear margin and coninue to eat up market share. Leadership has what I think is the ideal background and vision to grow further in our niche and beyond. I consider my current role akin to a paid MBA with stock options. I have learned a remarkable amount of skills that will help me the rest of my career and been given responsibility I strongly doubt id get elsewhere.
