Old habits die hard. Leadership falls into same traps, looking for quick revenue instead of long term culture and growth. Everyone looking out for their own number. Not much collaboration or honesty. Still a solid product and customers continue to find value. Hope new leadership finds their way!

Great culture, but the leadership did not have a clear understanding of their market needs or a strategic plan of execution for the sales segment. This ultimately lead to layoffs of over 400 very talented people.
