Current Employee Alteryx lost its best reps and leadership a year or two before I joined. They have brought in a lot of leadership of large companies that have a very structured, methodical sales cycle, into a very custom product sale which has not translated well. The Strategic team made up of accounts that are bought in, and dependant on alteryx to automate their processes, continues to carry the team while enterprise and below are scraping by to get to even 50% quota attainment with the exception of a handful accross the country with decent patches. In short, the leadership is brutal, the territories are brutal, the only thing that is decent is the base comp.
