The Customer Advisor/AE role offers no bonus incentive and a low base salary. Compensation is front loaded with a “signing” to make up for the lack of RSU vesting. Recruiters mislead candidates on the promotion requirements. Return to office requirements for employees who were hired as remote are now a compensation loss.

This is not a commissioned sales role. KPI's are sales based, very aggressive, but not incentivized, other than through small spiffs (which not many people achieve)

Like goose eggs, not very exciting, leadership was annoying, hard to deal with and overall satisfaction was low. Amazon is a great company and the people are smart. It all depends on how you actually fit in with everyone that will either set you up for success or not.
