I've enjoyed my time within Amazon Business. You will work with really smart people and the value prop for our customers is solid. The only negative I have is there is not a great opportunity to increase your compensation within this role. If you do not level after your initial 4 year vest period your compensation will drop significantly. Leveling also does not provide that much of a pay increase either.

Trash experience. Negotiate heavy up front and always document everything you do. Promotion process is absolutely terrible and you change managers every quarter.
