Former Employee Amazon is a great place to work, the AWS product is outstanding and the projects you can work on are extremely interesting. Having said that mid-level management can get too focussed on soft-KPI's/reporting of numbers and lose the Customer Obsession in this way, which is disappointing. The colleagues you work with are great, the interview process is rather difficult so in general you work with bar-raising individuals which is an absolute blast.
