great brand, product market fit... low upside, work/life balance dependent on team. strong training and resources avialable.

Enterprise segment accounts can be hit or miss. Large contracts (10M+) and spifs makeup for the comp gap. Internal promotion is very difficult and tedious - you need to come in as an L6 to have portability internally.
