Above market comp and RSU awards and good work/life balance if you learn how to delegate to help scale. Heavy admin work, lots of writing (some helpful, most CYA). Sales leadership typically attracts (and rewards) data-driven operators with below average EQ and sales team culture is a distant priority over individual performance.
