Disorganized, bad leadership. Senior leadership was replaced by MSFT leaders who are clueless about how to operate a start-up. There has been a revolving door of leadership in N America over the last few years and the new leadership looks to be as bad as it gets. There is no marketing or sdr support to speak and the product is difficult to sell. All demand generation is up to the AEs to source. I would not recommend this place unless you absolutely need a job.

Amplitude was a great place to work. It no longer is. New leadership has come in and changed culture, territories and compensation plans. New leadership is aggressive, lead based from a place of fear, are unqualified, and disingenuous. Culture is no longer welcoming and top performers are leaving each week.
