Great product with founders still close to the business. Company operates in highly competitive space where it's top of the rank, at the same time event-based pricing model is considered by many larger customers as a limiting factor for sustainable growth. Product needs strong champions who drive cultural change and adoption otherwise significant churn risk. Executive leadership is solid. Local leadership is weak for some regions, do your research before deciding to join.

Do not join the sales team at this time. The culture is in the toilet. Management is awful. Way too much busy work. Not enough support to help get deals done. Most of the experienced reps are seeing the writing on the wall if they haven't left already. Unless you're using the position to buy time until you find you next job, I don't think joining Amplitude is worth...Read More
