Since new leadership is in place I am enjoying the time at Anaplan and I am positive for the future. The product is exceptional and there is a strong community of enthusiastic users.

Great product fit and solid sales leadership. Some change management obstacles, but for all the right reasons. Anaplan is paving the way for enterprise-connected planning.

Worst company. Full stop. Hands down. The leadership was cultish and dismissive of normal requisite conversations required to get work done. The CEO of the company didn't know how to choose the right sales leadership and went through over 4 CROs in the time I was there. Now it's a PE nightmare. Slash and burn. Sell to the highest bidder. Steer clear.

The pya is great, but the overall culture and leadership is poor, so people in sales department especially actively leave the organization.
