Lots of leadership change. Im in a Sales Ops role and it seems like sales reps are just being pushed in a lot of new directions all the time. Overall comp seems pretty good based on the market, however it is a bit lower than it was pre Acquisition in 2022

There’s real energy behind the shift we’re making with apps, AI, and other platform improvements, and as a rep, you can feel the impact with customers. It’s the right mix of big company resources and startup grit.
