good company, good product and the pay is good, marketing is still very soft so we got like 1 inbounds per month but except that life at Anaplan is lovely

Success is entirely on your ability to learn fast and be self-sufficient. Minimal guidance, expectation is to land and run fast. Not unreasonable, just quite solo. Frequent mgmt/ leadership changes and players entering/ exiting. Stay in your lane, heads down, run fast.
