Currently, the product is probably the best it’s been, but lead quality has gone way down. Front-end comp has been cut by 75% and moved to retention. Current Employee4.6Nov 11, 2023Great place to work! The base pay is good, but the earning potential is excellent. They don't fire because of not hitting quota, and it's a great first sales job. The training and coaching you'll get here will help propel your career. The only thing that would be nicer to see is more emphasis on DEI.
