Great people to work with but leadership is lacking direction with the new Splunk acquisition. Folks are still figuring out how things are fitting together.

People who worked for AppDynamics were great. Cisco per usual ran this product and the culture into the ground never innovating or taking the time to be a leader in the GMQ. Cisco took all of their Sales Reps except for maybe two to the slaughterhouse after the Splunk acquisition.

Company moves to slow in highly competitive market. AppDynamics is treated like ugly step sister at Cisco. Good comp but no one is hitting numbers
