Former Employee AppFolio has good product market fit for SMB and Mid-Market customers, but is still evolving it's enterprise offering. Compensation is at the lower side of competitive. Leadership from senior leaders is a bit disjointed, and out of touch with what is happening on the front lines. Success is celebrated, but strategic change management is often done without regard for how much capacity the individual teams have at a given time.
