Former Employee Overall, AppFolio is a pretty good place to build your career and get experience. But please know, that for a publicly traded company, it operates like a startup. Territories change significantly ever year. How inbound leads get distributed changes every year. So many communication gaps between departments. Most leaders have been there 7+ years and lack experience outside of AppFolio. It's a good place to launch, especially if you're interested in RE tech, but not a good place to grow if you're serious about a longterm sales career.
