My experience at appzen was a rollercoaster through multiple positions, each of which was never fully developed. I was consistently offered new responsibilities with no additional compensation and minimal direction. appzen has a decent product for enterprise companies, but refuses to fully invest in down-market segments, leaving them out to dry.

Overall the experience was good, its a good crew and the teams support each other really well. Biggest downside is there is zero room for growth if you start on the bottom, there is not a defined pathway or training to help you move your way up within the company.
